The UHH Health Center is a medical practice just for you—eligible Local 1 and 450 union members and their adult dependents. Located in the same building as your Fund and union offices, the Health Center provides convenient care, comprehensive medical services and pharmacy benefits. Our Health Promoters are available to help you navigate the health system and can provide individual and group coaching to support your health goals. They can also assist you with Marketplace, Medicaid and Medicare enrollment.
Our Health Centers offer primary and urgent care for a wide range of health needs, including dental services and assistance with applying for entitlements and benefits. Our teams also work to deliver health care at outreach sites where people who are experiencing homelessness live throughout the city of Chicago.
